The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction into the field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution. It is designed to expose students to the concepts, skills, and practical applications of mediation in a broad range of situations and cases. In addition, students will receive the opportunity to learn more about careers in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
