Introduction to printmaking introduces students to various processes involved in making prints. Students will engage in learning the ways of printmaking through lectures, demonstrations and primarily studio work. The combination of these practices in conjunction with the completion of projects and critiques throughout the duration of the course will ultimately lead to successful works of art and a deeper understanding of the relationship between process and content in print media.
