This course provides an in-depth understanding of trauma-informed care within early education settings. It equips educators, administrators, and support staff with the knowledge and strategies needed to recognize, respond to, and support children who have experienced trauma. By fostering a safe and supportive learning environment, participants will learn to enhance the emotional and academic well-being of all students, particularly those affected by adverse experiences. Participants will also learn to develop and implement self-care practices in order to reduce burnout, prevent secondary trauma, and improve their own well-being.
